Duration
You get private party room for 2 hours. Kids jump and play the first 45 minutes then go to the party room for pizza, cake and presents. When the party is all over, we just ask you to move into the café area and kids can stay and jump for an extra hour.

Family Get Together Parties
You can host your family get together parties for up to 100 people where we can provide you private party rooms for 2-3 hours and you can bring your own food. Kids can play in the Play area for as long as they want. Please call (414) 7652800 for details and pricing.

Party FAQ
1) What if we book a 15 kids party and only 10 show up?
If you book a 15 kids party and only end up with 10 kids, we charge you for 10 kids package. If you have 12 kids, we charge you for 10 kids package and charge $10 for each additional child. If 8 kids show up for a 10 kids party, we still charge you for 10 kids.
2) What if we book a 25 kids party and only 15 show up?
We bring down your package to 20 kids at no charge and for each additional step down, we charge $15. If you book a 25 kids party and only 15 show up, you will pay $244 ($229+$15 step down Fee). Your pizza and pitchers of soda will be served as per 15 kids package and any additional pizza/drinks will be charged as extra.
3) What if we book a 25 kids party and only 10 show up?
We bring down your package to 20 kids at no charge and for each additional step down, we charge $15. If you book a 25 kids party and only 10 kids show up, you will pay $219 ($189+$30 for 2 step down). Your pizza and pitchers of soda will be served as per 10 kids package and additional pizza/drinks will be charged separately
4) Can we bring our own Cake or Cup Cakes or ice-cream?

5) Are attractions included in the party package?
Sometimes we have promotions that includes one attraction for FREE up to 10 kids. Normally attractions are charged separately but we offer a special price of $1.50 per child/per attraction including Lasertag. You can add all attractions to your package at a nominal price.
6) Who is counted as kid in the party package?
Kids between the ages of 2 and 13 are counted as kids in the package price. If you have some kids older than 13 years, they can play other attractions by paying the regular price per attraction. Adults are always free but you have to let us know in advance if you are expecting 10 or more adults. We allocate party rooms based on number of kids, not based on adults.
7) Do we have to pay the entire amount when booking?
No, you just pay $50 or $75 deposit at the time of booking and rest will be paid the day of party.
8) Can we make payments and purchases by Credit/Debit Card?
Yes, we do accept all credit cards except American Express. You can make party deposits over the phone or online but final payment needs to be paid in person by check, credit card/debit card or cash. We need to look at the card that you paid deposit with but you can pay with any other card.
9) Are we allowed to host a Cafe Party without any reservation?
Cafe Parties are allowed on week days only (Monday – Friday) without any reservation. Let us know in advance if you want to schedule a cafe party on weekend. For a scheduled Cafe party on weekend, maximum 5 adults are allowed and limited to 2 hours of jump time. NO FOOD Allowed with any Cafe Parties on the weekend. Please note Saturday is our busy day so NO CAFE PARTIES ALLOWED from 3PM-6PM or NO GROUPS allowed with more than 4 Adults.
10) Is your facility wheel chair accessible

11) How many adults are allowed per party?
If you book one of our Party Packages, we normally allow up to 8-10 adults per party but if you have more adults then you need to let us know in advance. For cafe parties, no more than 4 adults are allowed. We do not have such restrictions on week days (Monday – Thursday). If you are planning for a Cafe party, we highly recommend week days. NO Cafe Parties Allowed on Saturdays between (3PM – 9PM).
Cancellation Policy:
Parties can be rescheduled for other dates at no extra cost. $15 cancellation fee applies if you decide to cancel the party completely. $25 cancellation fee if you decide to cancel less than 48 hours of the scheduled party date
Outside Food Policy:
People who booked a Party Package are allowed to bring in their own cake, cup cakes at no extra cost. $40 Outside food fee will be applied to your bill if you choose to bring your own food, other than Cake (no outside pizza allowed). Please call us in advance if you plan to bring any food or you have any food allergies so we can accommodate your request.
